We’re looking for a dedicated, licensed Therapist to join our team and provide comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic services, and evidence-based treatment.
Licensed Therapist
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and couples psychotherapy sessions (in-person or via telehealth)
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR
- Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to coordinate care
- Participate in team meetings and trainings to support continuous growth
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Active and valid California license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience
- Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience serving diverse populations
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or other languages
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s symptoms, history, and treatment goals
- Provide medication management and monitor treatment response
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR
- Collaborate with therapists, clinicians, and other staff to coordinate patient care
- Participate in team meetings and trainings to support continuous growth
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Active and valid state medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience
- Excellent communication, clinical judgment, time management, and documentation skills
